Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

Please make your selection carefully as we do not offer an exchange or refund on change of mind or items that do not fit. Every effort has been made to source exceptional quality products, if you have received an item that you find a fault in please take a photo and email info@loveallways.com.au to arrange a replacement. A shipping label will be emailed to you to send the damaged item back, once received we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out.

We make every effort to ensure that your parcel arrives in pristine condition, due to using a delivery courier we are not able to guarantee this, however if your order arrived damaged, please take a photo of the damages as well as the shipping label and email info@loveallways.com.au to arrange a return and refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your enquiry is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the outcome of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO BOX 5339, Daisy Hill, Queensland, 4127, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
